6 weeks

This six week program is designed to cover the fundamentals of managing your time. This is for you if you don’t know where to begin and you are struggling to keep your head above water. In this program we schedule 6 (one hour) calls, one per week to get you on track and speeding through the process of organizing your mind, time and space. I roll up sleeves and work with you through each assignment and give you the crucial feedback and tools that will help you overcome the time stress. This is a proven program that creates great results and establishes the building blocks for productivity and success.


6 months

This program is for you if you are struggling with your cluttered, mind, time and space and want relief from the overwhelm and stress that is keeping you from achieving your big dreams. I work with you one-on-one for one half hour three times per month. We will collaborate and brainstorm on issues and assignments. I am here to keep you on track and committed to making the changes that you are longing for as quickly and painlessly as possible.


12 months

This is the program for you if you are ready to commit to lasting change and want to stop spinning in circles and finely take control of your life. This is a 12 month deep-dive that will transform your life. I coach you one-on-one 3 weeks of each month and work with you every step of the way to make sure
